Show real work

Clips must be your own hands and your own work. Reposting someone else's footage, staged work you did not do, or AI-generated craft is removed and repeat cases end the account.

Respect the people in shot

Get consent before filming colleagues or guests — in the UK, in line with data protection law. No filming in areas where guests expect privacy. Never film someone to mock, out or shame them. Anyone can ask to be removed from a clip and we will action it.

Zero tolerance

Harassment, racism, sexism, homophobia, threats, sexual content, hate speech, or targeting anyone over immigration status, disability, religion or any characteristic protected by law (in the UK, the Equality Act 2010) ends the account immediately.

Safety and hygiene

Do not present unsafe knife work, raw-product handling or fire technique as instruction. Content that would fail a health inspection or breach food safety / HACCP expectations is removed.

Honest hiring

Venues must state real pay — in the UK at or above the National Minimum Wage — real hours and the real role. No unpaid trials presented as paid, no bait listings, no off-book cash arrangements arranged through Pass.

Reporting and appeals

Report from any clip, profile or message. We review reports within 24 hours and tell you the outcome. Appeal any decision at hi@getonpass.com.
