Your work stays yours

You own everything you post — in the UK you retain copyright under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Pass holds only a licence to display your content while your account is live.

Filing a takedown

If your work has been posted without permission, email hi@getonpass.com with the URL of the content, identification of your original work, your contact details and proof of ownership. For a US DMCA notice, also include a statement of good-faith belief, a statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury, and your signature. We remove confirmed infringing content promptly.

Counter-notice and disputes

If your content was removed in error, reply to our notice (or send a US counter-notice to the same address). We review within 14 days and restore content if the claim does not stand — for US counter-notices, within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files suit.

Repeat infringers

Accounts with repeated valid infringement claims are terminated.
