What does it cost me?
Nothing. Pass is free for everyone who works a shift — cooks, servers, bartenders, baristas, hosts, dish, managers. There is no premium tier for your own record.
What does it cost a venue?
The first 14 days are on us: the full Venue plan, free, starting when PASS approves the venue — no card. Verify 5 members of your current team before day 14 and your free access runs to 30 days from approval. After that it is one plan, $299 a month (USD), everything included. Existing venues keep whatever they already hold.
Do you take a cut of my pay?
No. The venue pays you directly, the way it pays the rest of the team. Pass never holds, routes or skims your wage. Our fee on your earnings is 0%.
Can my current boss see that I'm on here?
Only if you allow it. You can block specific venues from finding you, go quiet, or keep your record private and share a single link with the people you choose.
What if my old restaurant closed?
Confirmations are attached to the person who ran the shift, not just the business, so a closure doesn't erase your record. If nobody can confirm it, the job still shows — just marked unconfirmed.
How is verification not just fake reviews?
Confirmations come from named, verified chefs, managers and colleagues who worked with you at that place and time. They're visible on your profile with who said them — no anonymous stars.
